I haven't found STUPENDOUSNESSES yet but I did beat you to the punch a year ago with STUPENDIOUS in a 4x4 game. It was my and TurtleRace's favorite word for quite a while.

I guess it's not surprising, but I think I just tried BOBA and BOBAS for the first time and got ultra-rare points for both.

I just learned a new word today after trying to join contra- and -ations: CONTRAVALLATIONS (22 pts,15 ltrs, 2 records)
Definition of Contravallation
1. n. A trench guarded with a parapet, constructed by besiegers, to secure themselves and check sallies of the besieged.
I suspect that Zeno knows it based on his previous find of MACHICOLATIONS.

I knew the word, but I suspect I'd have a hard time finding it anyway. Congrats!

Thanks DrP.
I just totally fluked out on a word I'd never seen or heard before: CHONDROGENESES for 26 pts and 2 records! I played it because it sounded medical to me. Haha
Chondrogenesis
1. Noun. (biology) The formation and development of cartilage

The board I played just before it had a best/longest word record of only 10/7 and was played 41 times. There were some 9+ words so I played it. To my surprise I found HYPOCHONDRIAS (24/13) fairly quickly. Strange nobody found a fairly common word before. That word probably put the seed in my mind to try chondro- as a prefix.

After I saw super- on a board, I tried SUPERELEVATIONS. 28/15, 2 records. I wondered what could be so super about elevations.
Superelevation
1. Noun. The angle that a gun must be elevated above the line of its target to allow for the effect of gravity on the projectile
... well, there you have it. It must be super to gunners.

Also, FISHLESS, as obvious as the meaning may seem now.

Got all 3 of those before, DrP. Good finds though.

I saw -dicular on a board and knew there were 2 p's so I looked for PERPENDICULAR but it wasn't there. The word APPEND was also there so tried APPENDICULAR. 17 pts
I chanced adding -ian for APPENDICULARIAN. 28 pts

I definitely didn't think BRAINSICKNESSES wasn't a word.
