Not as extreme as bwt's game, but probably a top 5 for me on this odd metric of word/point discrepancies. In this case, I was ahead 85 on points but missed setting a new mark for Most Words by 4. I scored a really high (for me) average word score of not quite 5.1, whereas the record holder for words was right around 4.0.

Latest oddball result - minus 107 on points while plus 1 on words. My points per word was a pretty typical (for me) 4.6, whereas Samwise the Brave averaged 5.7. In other words, he found as many words as I did, but trounced me by finding the rarer words.

I just played a game that had 4 different highscore holders after 35 plays. I managed to get all 4 high scores with a new best/longest word, and I found just 68 words, which was still 4 more than the previous record, and I bettered the points record by 71 points.
