Lol, I thought you meant most words/ points. Nice word you found there anyway. Speaking of ThunderRock and I getting beat, Sublime is only 1 game from winning highest average points in the month. Guess he's waiting for the last second, lol. Oh and if ThunderRock were playing for best words he would definitely have found that. I personally knew outshot was a word, I don't even know if i would've tried the plural, thought it was the past tense of outshoot.

Congrats, renchk. I've never gotten "outshots", never even heard of it. Nice find!

I remember that one, I suspected there was something better there. Nice find. ThunderRock's games don't show up much on 5x5 because he doesn't play it as much and because he scores super high making the puzzle more likely to reset.

Huh, Megaword, I just out-Britished your longest word!

I guess you just ran out of time for that one though, since COLOURATIONS was your best word. Even so... I'm feeling kind of proud right now.

Default Out-Britished

Out-Britished, lol, that's a good one. I was probably just going berserk trying to get a lot of words and skipped the variation for shorter words.

Not meaning to discount Kate's achievement (it's always amazing to beat an ultra elite player in any category): last month I also bettered MegaWord's record of 14 pts for TARRASES (a word I had never seen before) with MISARRANGE for 18 pts. I thought about posting it on this thread but figured he was just concentrating on playing shorter words to get a good words/game avg (an insanely difficult mark of 210 last month). He confirmed that with a post in this thread. I'm grateful all the aces on this website focus mainly on shorter words for their goals and leave a little something in the form of long/best word records for the rest of us.
