New game mode?

I was thinking that it might be cool if there was an "endurance" mode, where you start with only maybe thirty seconds and instead of getting points for words you get extra seconds. The idea of course would be to last as long as possible. That's just an idea I had for a possible variation on the game, to mix it up a little.

That's not a bad idea. I'll put it on my list and see if I can make something along these lines.

That sounds like a fun idea. And probably not too hard to code on the server side. instead of adding a certain number of points to the points total, add it to the time variable instead.

is there any way (without having to manually goto gameover.php) to finish the game. If you get a good start in the game style above, you might end up with about 2 minutes to go, but have run out of words to try. Would be good to have a "finish" button rather than having to sit and wait for a few minutes for it to time out. Would jsut be another link on the page.

Would people find it good to have easy/med/hard modes where the amount of time added on is multiplied by a factor first. So in easy mode, a 3 letter word would give you 3 seconds more, essentially 1 point = 1 second. Whereas in hard mode, a three letter word would only give you 1 second more?
