New Game Error Message

Twice in the last few days I've received an error message when I tried to play a new game. These were brand new games that no one had played yet. Both times when I clicked to start the game I got a screen with a string of error messages and in the upper right hand corner was the "TIMES UP" message.
I didn't write down anything that could identify the puzzle, but will try to do next time.
This doesn't seem to happen with games that have been played before.

Thanks for this notice. The next time it happens if you could email or post here a screenshot, or just a textual representation of the board letters, i.e.

ABCD
EFGH
MNOP
QRST

That would be a big help in identifying the problem - thank you!
