Hi, can you give me some tips? I only get about 30 points to 60 each time. Please help!

Practice, basically. Play a lot and you will get better.
Some specifics, though, would be to memorize groups that appear in common. For example, if you have a square of a, e, s, t, you can make ate, ates, eat, eats, eta, etas, sae, sat, sate, sea, seat, set, seta, tae, tas, taes, tea, and teas (in 4x4). You can use a site like this (http://www.morewords.com/words-within/stopers) to search for anagrams of common letter groups, or you can just figure them out yourself from playing a lot. Look at the list of words other people have found in each board you finish playing -- you'll "learn" lots of new and useful words.
Also learn to use common prefixes and suffixes: re-, be-, -er, -est, -ed, -ing, and so forth. And if it's there, try adding 's' to every word you find ;)
That's all I've got off the top of my head. Just keep on playing and you'll be able to find words faster (and type faster too), as well as memorize all sorts of common words and useful tricks.

Good luck and happy Boggling! :)

Edit: I almost forgot -- if you can't find any words, go ahead and guess things that sound good, you'll usually find quite a few words, most of them rare.

Just like Nafets said, it takes practice. When I first started, I couldn't even make 100 points, but my typing got much better, and I started to guess at words, and that really helped. I also looked at the puzzle AFTERWARDS, and looked at the words others have found. That gave me a good idea of high point "X" words, "Z" words, and other high point words. I also try to scan the winning words so that maybe I'll come up with them in another puzzle. Sometimes though, you just get lucky. One of my best words found was "stepfather" and the word just jumped out at me. The other good word I submitted was "quasses" and that was simply a guess. So, basically have fun, be brave, and get lots and lots of puzzles under your belt. You'll see those scores go up in no time.

Is there a place to find, for example, a list of three letter words containing z or x? I know we have the list that start with each letter (which is great), but is there a site that has a list of words containing high-scoring letters?

I am still finding new ones, zex, zexes, rez, lez, zel zels, zex, zexes, prez, trez, trezes, prezes, sez, saz, sazes, soz, coz, cozes, cozen, cozer, coze, cuz, zit, zits, zin, zins, zine, zines, zein, zeins, zax, zaxes, zoster, zoist, zee, zees, zeta, zetas, zaire, maize, zest, zests, zester, zesters, zesting, zested, toze, tozes, moze mozes, ozone, ozones, ooze, oozes, booze, boozer, boozers, snooze, snoozer snoozers, snoozing, oozing, boozing, sneeze, sneezing, meze, mezes....these are a few I could think of right off the top of my head. I just kept writing weird ones down when I saw them...Hope this helps

Look at words you missed after the game, especially anagrams of words you did get -- remembering a word with unusual letters you might only see once every ten boards doesn't really help, but knowing common anagrams can double your score.

Make up words. Seriously. I just played a square that had been played 300 times, made up a word (kennet) that turned out to be an actual word and got the high score record!

I can't tell you how many words I've just tried, or typos even, which have turned out to be words.

To find words that contain the high scoring letters try googling "scrabble word lists" , some of them have sections that contain lists with these letters in. Also in the scrabble lists book it has a section for words that can have a single letter added to the back or front.

How do you do the same game again and again?
